A few weeks ago, Zoey looked through a Pottery Barn Kids catalog and saw a BEAUTIFULLY decorated table with a dramatic black twig tree filled with treat bags. She stared at it for a long time and then told me she wanted our house to look like this "Halloween birthday party." I told her maybe, but then when we were in Michael's (craft store) I saw some black twigs. I bought them and made little treat bags to hang from it. Our version looks NOTHING like the one in the catalog, but it was a lot cheaper too! Brian decided to help our little tree by buying some fun orange lights, and other little decorations. Now when someone new comes to the house, Zoey shouts, "Decorations!" from the top of her lungs. Too cute! - Melissa
