Melissa's mom Sandi came up with an idea about a month ago to have an adults Disneyland trip. The plan was to go on the rides we couldn't go on with the kids and to stay late to see the Electrical parade, the Fireworks and Fantasmic. Tommy and Sophia dropped out at the last minute so Melissa and I went with our mothers, Sandi and Mary. Melissa being 7 months pregnant was a trooper, she sat out while we went on Space Mountain, the Matterhorn and Big Thunder railroad. Melissa's first adventure was a calm boat ride on the Mark Twain, then the Haunted Mansion and finally Pirates. We ventured over to California land to eat and found a good spot for the Electrical parade. I've never seen the parade before, when I was younger the parades just meant shorter lines for the rides. After the parade we ventured back over to Disneyland, we caught the fireworks en route to Fantasmic and passed 100,000 people in the process. Overall a great trip and was amazed that Melissa made it to midnight! -Brian
