Leo's preschool held an Easter event with special guests Zoey and Melissa.
Zoey's Spring break March 26th
Melissa and Zoey had some quality time together while Leo was at school.
Leo's Trike-a-thon, March 23rd.
Before Zoey's bday, Leo's school had a trike-a-thon, as you can see from the video everyone dressed up their ride with something, Leo had Leonardo the Ninja Turtle.
Zoey's birthday Party at Kidnastics, March 23rd
For Zoey's 6th birthday, Melissa and I were done trying to have a park event as the previous two birthdays were changed at the last minute due to rain. This year we had it at Kidnastics and it didn't mater if the weather was OK.
Zoey's birthday March 21st
After school we heading out to California Adventure for Zoey's birthday. We met up with Jamie, Danny and Dominic. Jamie and Danny bought the kids the biggest ice cream available.
Melissa surprised Zoey and brought her McDonald's for lunch at school.
Zoey's 6th birthday started off with a surprise balloon fest in her room, somewhat of a tradition for both kids on the morning of their birthday.
Zoey and I have a birthday one day apart, when I got home from work on March 20th, Melissa had made a banner and had a cake for me. -Brian
St. Patrick's Day
On Sunday March 17, St. Patrick's Day, the kids woke up to a messy house. All of their toys were turned over and scatted throughout the house, apparently a Leprechaun did his dirty work overnight. As Leo would stay, "that sneaky Leprechaun, I wish I could catch him".
After the cleanup we headed out to Disneyland for a few hours. We met up with Melissa's friends from college, Toby and Kristin Bowker. -Brian
Zoey's award
Melissa and I got a note from the school to attend a special event for Zoey. We couldn't figure out what award she would be getting as they didn't tell us. On Friday March 8th I took a long lunch and went with Zoey and Leo to see that Zoey got Young Author award! -Brian
