Brian's 36th birthday 3-20-2011

On the first appointment with my OB/GYN when I was pregnant with Zoey, the doctor told me that her due date would be March 21st. We laughed and told my doctor that Brian's birthday was March 20th and she chuckled and said, "Say good-bye to your birthday, Brian!" Well, we are four years into it, and yes, Brian's birthday definitely plays "second fiddle" to Zoey's events, but we still try to make time to celebrate. He is the best husband and father around, so I tried to take a day to just relax and remember we used to love each other before the kids showed up! Mary and Larry watched the kids all day for us, and we were able to see a movie, shop and eat and hang out without our beautiful children. Mary had an impromptu birthday treat at 9AM so we could sing to him. It was a great day and a great break from the birthday craziness for Zoey!
